Our Process

Your dream home costs precisely what you decide it will cost.

You approve everything, including home design, space plan, selection of the mechanical systems, interior and exterior finishes, and décor. You’ll also determine the number of bedrooms/bathrooms/garage bays, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, paint and wood stains. You are an integral part of the process and in complete control. We promise you will get what you want with no cost surprises.
